¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent no.1 and Shri Ratnesh Chandra, learned Counsel for respondent nos.3 to 6.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the remedy before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the subject matter.
