Shamsher Ahmad Khan and others) Case Crime No. 314/2017, under Sections 498A, 323, 343, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mandiyaon, District Lucknow. Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. In the facts and circumstances of the case the court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously, say within a period of six months from today without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
