¶1Illness slip has been sent by the counsel for the petitioner.

¶2We have perused the writ petition. The prayer in the writ petition is for mandamus to be issued to the opposite party No.4 not to harass the petitioner in any manner including calling the petitioner often in the police station concerned.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by Shri Sushil Chandra Pandey, Sub Inspector, P.S.- Bighapur, District-Unnao saying that there is no case registered against the petitioner and the petitioner has not been called to the police station and has not been harassed. Only because of certain altercation on 09,01.2022 between the petitioner and some private persons, the police had reached the spot and initiated proceedings under Section 107 and 116 of the Cr.P.c.

¶4The instruction are kept on record.
