This application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 49038/2020: State Vs. Zuhair Abbas, relating to Case Crime No. 607/2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Gudamba, District Lucknow initiated in pursuance of charge-sheet No. 01/2019, dated 07.08.2020. Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. In the facts and circumstances of the case the court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
