Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application at this stage before this Court and it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh after annexing some relevant document (s). Learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
