15.12.2023 and it is prayed that the benefit of the said order may also be extended to the petitioners. Keeping in view the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that the petitioners shall also be entitled for the benefit of the order passed by this Court in the case of Jaswant Singh Bhadauria College Of Pharmacy, Mathura (supra).
