With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher who has preferred an application for her transfer from District-Shrawasti to District-Meerut vide her application dated 29.10.2023, a copy of which is annexure 5 to the writ petition which is pending at the end of respondent no. 4 and no final decision has been taken till date. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the application for transfer of the petitioner dated 29.10.2023, a copy of which is annexure 5 to the writ petition in accordance with law and the relevant rules within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy this order.
