The present application has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide/expedite the trail and frame the charges against the accused persons in the case of State vs. Mohd. Riyaz and others registered as Sessions Trial No.467 of 2018, Case Crime No.34/2018 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of DP Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Gonda, within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to expedite and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
