Shri Anurag Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 24 for transfer of Regular Suit No.152 of 2005 or Civil Suit No.3400 of 2022 to any other competent court on account of vacancy of court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division-4th). On a query being put, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to clarify as to how there are two numbers. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the fact mentioned in the application that the Court is vacant and report has been called from the concerned court by means of the order dated 11.12.2023 and the case has been put up for hearing on 18.12.2023 i.e. today. However, learned counsel for the petitioner, on a query being put as to whether this fact was pointed out to the concerned court or not while pressing his application, shows his ignorance about it. In view of above and the first date fixed today, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in an application moved on
