¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondents are violating the order dated 20.12.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.792 (Consolidation) of 2013; 'Kesari Kumar Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation, Bahraich and Others' which is pending till date.

¶3In the given circumstances of the case, petitioner has an appropriate remedy either of filing an application in the aforesaid pending writ petition or to file a contempt petition.
