Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to decide petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2023 with regard to grant of III A.C.P., the benefits of which have been denied to petitioner despite his eligible for same. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

¶5Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 2 i.e. Director Administration and Development (Animal Husbandry), U.P. Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 05.09.2023 along with the copy of this order.
