¶1Petitioners have approached this court claiming that they have filed an application for registration of the Committee with the U.P. Sunni Central Waqf board wherein the decision is pending.

¶2Mr. Farhan Habib, learned counsel for respondent states that on the said application, notices are already issued and the same is expected to be decided within a period of two months.
