With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. Instant writ petition has been filed contending that despite the petitioner having retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 28.02.2021, his entire retiral dues have still not been paid. Responding to that, Sri Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents no. 5 & 6 states that dues of retired employees are being paid in a phased manner and he states that entire dues as now stands admissible to the petitioner shall be paid positively within two months from today.
