¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2An objection has been raised by learned A.G.A. submitting that against the impugned order dated 30.07.2021 passed by District Magistrate, Ayodhya in Case No.1851/2021 "State vs. Muskim Qureshi", an appeal lies before the Divisional Commissioner.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to avail alternative remedy of appeal.

¶4In view of above, the petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy however, the appellant is granted liberty to file the appeal within a period of 20 days from today.
