¶1Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no.7 by Shri Preetam Singh, learned Counsel is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1, 3, 4 and 5, Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned Counsel for respondent no.2 and Shri Preetam Singh, learned Counsel for respondent no.7-Bank.

¶3Admittedly, the petitioner's appeal is already filed before the Real State Regulatory Authority and his application on the same is also pending, hence the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition stating that since the Real State Regulartory Authority is available, he would pursue his remedy there.

¶4With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
