None appears for the petitioner to press the writ petition even in the revised list. Learned A.G.A. is present for the State/respondents. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station - Ghazipur, District Lucknow wherein it has been stated that the police is not harassing the petitioner. The instructions further state that one Wing Commander (Retd.) Pawan Kumar Gupta, R/o Flat No.704G Block Celebrity Garden, Police Station Sushant Golf City, Lucknow had given an application to the police station and the police had gone for investigation of such application to Flat No.102, Ghanshyam Place, Sector 16, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. Petitioner, Kuldeep Saxena had gone to Meerut, therefore, the guard present at the property was told that the petitioner should contact the police station as soon as he returns. Till date petitioner has not contacted the police station concerned. The police has not harassed the petitioner in any manner. Instructions are kept on record. The writ petition stands disposed of.
