¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.B. Pandey, learned Senior Counsel and Deputy Solicitor General of India assisted by Shri Varun Pandey for the respondents.

¶2Learned Counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length raises the sole prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to apply for release of security amount of the different contracts separately so that the petitioner is able to pay the court fees for the succession certificate from the release of previous security amount of previous contracts.

¶3Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same and states that as and when the petitioner will apply along with the succession certificate, the amount of each contract shall be released, even if it is applied separately.

¶4The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
