¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The petitioners have approached this Court stating that private respondent nos.9 to 12 are raising construction on his Gata No.2510 ka measuring 0.02020 hect. situated in Village-Ushraha, Pargana-Surhurpur, Tehsil - Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar and State Authority should restrain the private respondents.

¶3Learned Counsel for the petitioners could not show any provisions of law under which the State Authorities can interfere in a dispute between private parties with regard to possession of property. The only remedy available to the petitioners is to file a suit before the appropriate Court for injunction and appropriate declaration.
