¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that despite the specific order dated 12.10.2023 passed by writ court in Writ-A No. 7915 of 2023 (Pushpendra Singh vs. State of U.P. & others) staying the suspension order, listing further date but the suspension order has not been kept in abeyance by the authority concerned.

¶3Sri Ram Swaroop, learned Standing Counsel has stated that, however, this is a fresh case and notice has not been issued but he has specific instructions from the Addl. Director, Medical & Health Services, U.P. to the effect that vide order dated

16.12.2023 the suspension order has been kept in abeyance, copy of the order dated 16.12.2023 has been provided to the Court and learned counsel for the petitioner, same is taken on record.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.
