Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State/respondents and perused the record. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by Incharge Inspector/Investigating Officer, Police Station -Bazarshukul, District Amethi, which are kept on record. The victim has got her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. recorded before the Magistrate concerned. She has given detailed description how she was abducted and thereafter raped and videographed and thereafter blackmailed. This Court finds no good ground to show interference, as prayed for. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed. In case petitioner is a minor, his guardians are directed to produce the educational documents before the Investigating Officer, who shall produce the petitioner before the Juvenile Justice Board for determination of Juvenality.
