¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. He has shown the copy of order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the prescribed authority/Tehsildar, Alapur, whereby the mutation proceedings have been decided. The copy of the order dated

04.12.2023 is taken on record and the same has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
