A short counter afÏdavit filed by learned AGA today is taken on record. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition. Learned AGA is present. Learned AGA, on the basis of his short counter afÏdavit, states that the investigation has been concluded and charge sheet has been prepared on 20.8.2023. Since the charge sheet has been prepared by the Investigating OfÏcer, it is presumed that sufÏcient evidence has been collected and filed with the charge sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Competent Court for raising his challenge to the charge-sheet. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
