¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sudeep Seth, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3.

¶2Earlier Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.185 of 2022 for a similar relief is already pending before this Court and in fact, order were passed in the earlier PIL on the basis of which the present process was initiated, therefore, petitioners should file an appropriate application in the earlier pending PIL.

¶3Learned counsel for respondents No.2, 3 has no objection to the same.
