¶1At the very outset, the counsel appearing for the State has pointed out that the petition has become infructuous as the relief sought by the petitioner has already been exhausted vide order dated 05.12.2023.

¶2The counsel for the petitioner could not rebut the same but added that he may be given the liberty to challenge the same.

¶3In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is hereby dismissed while giving opportunity to the petitioner to assail the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by the District Supply Officer, Hardoi.
