¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prashant Kumar Singh holding brief of Sri Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties.

¶2Sri Prashant Kumar Singh has filed the affidavits of compliance on behalf of opposite parties nos. 1 and 2 separately, the same are taken on record.

¶3As per the affidavits of compliance, the order of Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
