¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2, Mr. Shubham Tripathi, learned counsel for opposite parties 3, 5 and 6 and Mr. Anupras Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking quashing of the ongoing counselling process including impugned notification dated

08.12.2023 as amended vide order dated 14.12.2023. Certain concomitant prayers have also been made.

¶3Mr. Jogendra Nath Verma, learned State Counsel however on the basis of instructions submits that counselling process has been declared completed with notification of final list.

¶4In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh.
