¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that marriage of the applicant no.1 was solemnized with the private respondent but on some trivial issues, on the basis of incorrect facts FIR of the case in question was lodged and chargesheet was filed by the investigating officer in the most mechanical manner. He also submitted that there is possibility of settlement in case the matter is sent to the mediation center of this Court.

¶4Learned AGA opposed the prayer of the applicant but could not dispute the fact that the matter relates to some matrimonial dispute and the possibility of settlement cannot be ruled out.

¶7On the next date fixed applicant as well as private respondent shall appear in person before this Court.

¶8Applicant no.1 is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- before the Senior Registrar of this Court within three weeks from today.
