Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated for removal of unauthorized encroachment and appropriate orders are already passed and action will be completed within a period of two months from today and the authorities will ensure that the proceedings are taken to their logical conclusion in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.
