¶1Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Parul Kant, the learned AGA for the State and perused the records.

¶2The applicant was granted interim bail in April, 2020 in view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic. However, the applicant has not surrendered to custody after expiry of interim bail granted to him.

¶3As the applicant is not in custody, presently his bail application cannot be considered and the same is accordingly dismissed.
