¶1Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that though he was successful lowest (L1) bidder but till date no work order is provided to him.

¶2Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3 has provided a copy of order dated 16.12.2023 passed by the authority to the petitioner by which the bidding process has been cancelled.
