¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Under challenge is the order dated 02.03.2023 passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial) IInd, Lucknow Division, Lucknow in Revision No.374 of 2023.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for petitioner is that interest of justice would be served if this hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move an application for vacation of the interim order dated 02.03.2023 passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial) concerned and the same may be decided within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the contention aforesaid.

¶5In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for vacation of the interim order before the revisional Court concerned within a period of 15 days and if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within further period of 30 days in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment, subject to co-operation of the petitioner.
