Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that instead of complying with the order dated 18.10.2022 passed in Writ 'C' No.7227 of 2022 (Praveen Kumar Vs. State of U.P. & others) read with Writ 'C' No.7324 of 2022, whereby a direction was issued not to declare the result of No Confidence Motion and file the same in a sealed cover before the Court and now a fresh date is fixed. Since the entire dispute is already under consideration before this Court in the earlier writ petition no.Writ 'C' 7227 of 2022 read with Writ 'C' No.7324 of 2022, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application in the said writ petition.
