Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be met in case his representation is decided by the opposite party No.1, Principal Secretary, Home Department Grah (Police) Anubhag-1, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow in a time bound manner. In view of aforesaid, the petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation to the opposite party No.1 within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith a copy of the present writ petition and all other documents in support of his case along with a certified copy of this order. In case such a representation is moved, the opposite party No.1 shall decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
