Writ petition has been preferred with the following main relief:- " Issue writ order in nature of mandamus commanding to concern opposite parties that they consider the case of petitioner chakout the land of petitioner of Gata No. 494 & 495 situated at Village Basantpur Tiwaripur Pargana Miranpur District Sultanpur and provide Chakmarge to go village through Primary Pathsala adjacent to house of petitioner in the interest of justice". This Court cannot grant the relief prayed for in this petition. Remedy available to the petitioner is to approach appropriate revenue authority/Court in accordance with law.
