He further states that though certain orders are passed but at present petitioner's objection are pending before the respondent no. 2-Executive Engineer, Vidyut Nagriya Vitran Khand-Thakurganj, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, L.E.S.A., (Cease Gomti), Chaupatiyan, District Lucknow, which may be considered and decided expeditiously. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation/objection under Rule

6.5 of Electricity Supply Code alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 2, who shall consider and decide the matter by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of four weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law.
