¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disclosed either the place or the ritual which is to be performed by the Christian Community, nor there is any date mentioned in the prayer on which said ritual is to be observed. The entire writ petition is based on misplaced apprehension.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition by disclosing all the relevant materials and the details constituting the cause provided therein any interference by the district administration.
