Learned AGA has produced instructions sent by Sub-Inspector Sunil Kumar Singh, police station Nawabganj, District Gonda dated 06.12.2023 and the same is taken on record. In the said instructions it has been stated that after investigation charge sheet was returned for further investigation by the supervisory authority and after further investigation has been done in the matter, a Final Report dated 06.11.2023 has been sent to the Circle Officer, Tarabganj, District Gonda for onward submission to the Court concerned.
