¶2None present on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition.

¶3Mr. Hemant Pandey, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶4In compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.12.2023, the instruction dated 18.12.2023 is hereby placed, which indicates that the matter is pending consideration before Naib Tehsildar, Pargana Pratapganj, Tehsil-Nawabganj, District Barabanki. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the same may be decided within a period of one month.

¶5In view of the aforesaid, the Naib Tehsildar Pargana Pratapganj, Tehsil-Nawabganj, District-Barabanki is hereby directed to decide and conclude proceedings of case no.RST/1463/2022 (Smt. Shashi Devi Vs. Ram @ Kalawati) within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.

¶6Till the decision is rendered, the parties shall not alienate the property in dispute.
