¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 3 and Mr. Vikram Dutta Pandey, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

¶2At the very out-set, learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently certain errors have crept in while drafting the petition and therefore he seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.

¶3In view of aforesaid, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
