¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of regular salary along with increment and all consequential service benefits. Salary for the period when petitioner was under suspension has also been sought.

¶3Learned State Counsel, however, submits that he has been provided written instruction in the matter as per which petitioner is facing eight departmental enquirers and is still continuing under suspension in certain enquirers whereas final orders have been passed with regard to others.

¶4Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
