¶1Admittedly, Fishery rights are granted to respondent no.5 at this stage and the same is not challenged in the present writ petition.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection that petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Rule 59 of U.P. Revenue Court Rules to challenge the said allotment of lease to respondent no.5.

¶3Respondent no.4 is directed to provide a copy of the order whereby fishery lease is granted to respondent no.5, within a week on filing of an application by the petitioner in this regard.
