¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondents are interfering in his possession over Gata No.1722/0.0380 hect. situated at village-Ramdeen Purwa, Mazara Shugawa, Pargana Bangar, Tehsil and District Hardoi.

¶3Petitioner has a remedy of filing a suit for injunction as allegations are against private individuals.
