¶1Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

¶2The counsel appearing for the State as well as the counsel for Gaon Sabha has no objection.

¶3In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
