Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 5. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party No.6 stand dispensed with. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 22nd July, 2023 and 4th December, 2023 whereby charge of Cluster Sita Rasoi has been taken away from petitioner while allocating him another cluster. Learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that subsequently petitioner's representation against aforesaid orders have been rejected by means of order dated 16.12.2023. A copy of the aforesaid rejection order has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner who therefore seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.
