¶1Heard.

¶2The Writ Court vide order dated 19.07.2023 passed in Writ-C No.5968 of 2023 has directed to decide the application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

¶3Sri Amarendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel has shown a copy of the order dated 28.09.2023 whereby the Joint Commissioner/ Joint Registrar, Co-operative, Lucknow Region, Lucknow has decided the application, a copy thereof is taken on record and one copy thereof be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶4In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notice, if any, stands discharged.
