To which there is no objection by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. In view of above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as aforesaid. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner office is directed to return the certified copies filed alongwith the petition to learned counsel for the petitioner after keeping photocopies of the same on record in accordance with law. . .. ....................................
