¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Standing Counsel has stated that in terms of the order of the Writ Court, the representation of the petitioner has been decided by the Director, Horticulture & Food Processing, Lucknow vide its order dated 15.12.2023. A copy of the aforesaid order is taken on record.

¶3Be that as it may, when in compliance of the order of the Writ Court, the representation of the petitioner has been decided by the Director, Horticulture & Food Processing, Lucknow, then there is no purpose to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.
