This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers :- "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.2 to transfer the investigation of case crime no.0509 of 2023 under section 147, 376-D, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Reusa, District - Sitapur to any other police station for fair, impartial and speedy investigation as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions dated 19.12.2023 sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station Reusa, District Sitapur wherein it has been stated that the investigation has been concluded and charge sheet No.507/2023 dated

17.12.2023 has been submitted to the Circle Officer, Biswan, Sitapur against the named accused. The instructions are kept on record. The writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned, in case there is any grievance left to be redressed.
