¶1Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no.4 by Shri Anurag Shukla, learned Counsel is taken on record.

¶2Heard Shri Anand Mani Tripathi, learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Anurag Shukla, learned Counsel for respondent no.4.

¶3Learned Counsel for the petitioners confronted with the objection regarding maintainability of the special appeal, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant special appeal with liberty to make an appropriate application for vacation of interim order before the Writ Court.

¶4The special appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
