¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that in terms of the order of the Writ Court, the representation of the petitioner has been decided on 16.12.2023 by the Sub Divisional Officer, Utraula, Balrampur, the copy thereof is taken on record.

¶3In view of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.
